Carrotcake Oatmeal!

Treat yourself to a delicious morning with our delicious Carrotcake Oatmeal. This tasty creation combines the nutritious power of rolled oats and grated carrot with the sweet aromas of cinnamon and vanilla.

A perfect start to your day full of energy and flavor! Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients for 1 portion of carrot cake oatmeal:

  • 100g grated carrot
  • 40g oatmeal
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 200-300ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Optional: honey and ½ apple

How to make it:

  1. Heat 200 ml almond milk in a saucepan together with the oats, chia seeds, grated carrot, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the protein powder and stir everything well. Add extra almond milk if necessary until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Put the oats in a bowl and top with finely chopped walnuts, honey and apple pieces.

 

Tip for colder days: Bake your apple in a separate pan with some cinnamon and honey for an extra warm and cozy touch!
