Roel van den Bogaard – Your Personal Trainer

I love logic, action and goal-oriented work. My approach is careful and calm, always with understanding, but also strict when necessary. Because real progress requires focus, discipline and the right guidance.

My journey as a personal trainer started at the age of 21, and I have now been working as an independent personal coach for over nine years. In that time I have helped countless people to become stronger, fitter and healthier – physically, mentally and emotionally. Because real progress is not only about training, but also about mindset, resilience and balance in life.

In addition to training, I am always looking for new insights. I read a lot of books about philosophy, psychology, health, sports and biographies, and get inspiration from nature. In addition, I am a lover of good food – not only to optimally nourish the body, but also to enjoy pure, tasty dishes that contribute to a balanced lifestyle.

I like to spend time in nature with my dog ​​- a place where peace is central. Here I recharge, reflect and find the balance that I also want to convey in my coaching and training. I bring that combination of knowledge, experience and enjoyment of movement, nutrition and mental strength to every training.
