Preparation for homemade banana bread:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grind the oatmeal into oatmeal in a food processor.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients (protein powder, oat flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and cinnamon) together in a bowl.
  4. Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl or grind them finely in a food processor.
  5. Add the eggs to the crushed bananas and mix together.
  6. Add the banana-egg mixture and vanilla flavoring to the bowl with dry ingredients and stir the batter until well combined.
  7. Chop the walnuts and chocolate into smaller pieces. Then add all the blueberries, ¾ of the walnuts and ¾ of the chocolate to the batter. Stir the batter well.
  8. Line a cake tin with baking paper and pour the batter into the cake tin.
  9. Sprinkle the banana bread with the remaining chocolate and walnuts.
  10. Place the banana bread in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  11. After 40 minutes, check with a skewer whether the banana bread is done. If nothing sticks to the skewer, remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool. If something sticks to the skewer, bake the banana bread for a few minutes longer until it is done.
