  • 125 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • Sea salt

  1. Deseed the dates (if necessary) by making a small cut in each date. Remove the pit and fill the cavity with a teaspoon of peanut butter.
  2. Place the filled dates in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes to firm up.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the vanilla flavoring to the melted chocolate and stir well.
  4. Remove the dates from the freezer and roll them one by one in the melted chocolate.
